1. HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

Please feel free to email me (poserpuzzles@gmail.com) with any concerns or questions! I am dedicated to making sure everyone has a great experience when they shop with me. Thank you so much for your support!

2. WHEN CAN I EXPECT AN EMAIL BACK?

I only read and respond to emails Monday-Friday 9-5pm Pacific time, with the exception of holidays. You should expect a response the same week that you sent your email. Make sure to double check your spam or junk folder for my response. If it's still missing, don't hesitate to send me another email!

3. PART OF MY ORDER IS MISSING/WRONG!

Being a one-person business means I handle everything, and sometimes I make a mistake. If your order isn't perfect, please don't hesitate to reach out via email or my contact form, I will personally ensure it is corrected.

4. ARE YOUR STICKERS WATERPROOF?

Yes! All of my home-made stickers are weatherproof and UV resistant up to 2 years.

5. WHAT PROGRAMS DO YOU USE?

I create all of my digital designs using Procreate (on my handy iPad) & Photoshop and Illustrator.

6. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO JOIN THE POSER ZINE CLUB?

Any questions you have on specific pricing and tiers can be found through the Zine Club page!

It is important to note that each tier is limited to only 25 slots.

7. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY DIGITAL REWARDS OR ACCESS TO THE SECRET SHOP AFTER SUBSCRIBING TO THE ZINE CLUB

First, make sure you are signed up to the newsletter, this allows me to send you emails automatically from now on. If you are already subscribed to the newsletter, then there is a big chance the emails will be found in your junk/all mail, so make sure to double check those two sections. If you still can't find them please contact me, so I can send you the emails directly.
