SHIPPING INFORMATION

I strive to ship all orders within 2 business days. However, processing times may be extended during holidayssales, or new product launches.

Mail club orders are sent out the first week of each month*

SHIPPING PHILOSOPHY

To keep my art accessible and affordable, my standard shipping method for all orders is untracked stamped mail. I believe you shouldn’t have to pay premium parcel rates for lightweight art.

  • Protective Packaging: While your mail is untracked, it remains protected. Every order is shipped in a protective envelope to ensure your items arrive flat and safe from damage.
  • Tracking Upgrades: I understand that some customers prefer the peace of mind that comes with a tracking number. A tracked shipping upgrade is available at checkout for an additional fee if you prefer parcel service.

Important Considerations*

  • Delivery Timelines: Stamped mail typically arrives within 5–12 business days (domestic).
  • Missing Mail: Because these orders are untracked, I ask for your patience. If your order hasn't arrived after 21 business days, please reach out to me.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double check your shipping address! Since I cannot "intercept" a letter once it's posted, I am not responsible for mail sent to an incorrectly entered address.

POSER MAIL CLUB

Please note that the Poser Mail Club subscription is exclusively untracked. The goal of the club is to bring back the joy of receiving a surprise letter in your mailbox. To preserve this experience (and keep the club affordable), tracking is not available for subscription mailings.

MY ORDER "DELIVERED," BUT IT IS NOT HERE

If your package tracking shows 'Delivered' but it hasn't arrived, please allow a little extra time, as postal services sometimes scan items early. The fastest way to locate your mail is to contact the shipping carrier (USPS, DHL, or UPS) directly.

LOST ORDERS

Once a package is transferred to the mail carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service. I am unable to issue refunds for lost or stolen packages, but all tracked packages are insured.

If your package is lost, please initiate a claim directly with the carrier. If those attempts are unsuccessful, please contact me, and I will do my best to help you, but please keep in mind that I have the same knowledge of your delivery status as you do.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because I am an itty-bitty, one person ran shop, I cannot offer returns or exchanges. Please be mindful when ordering, thank you!

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out vial email or my contact form within 2 business days of delivery and I will work with you on a solution, thank you! Be sure to Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
